Pre-employment background checks include a minimum of BPSS screening. Further screening to eSC is conducted based on the specific team that staff members will be a part of.
During onboarding, staff members are required to understand and give their written undertaking to adhere to our policies and procedures. Ongoing security training is provided throughout employment.
Our processing centres are fortified by robust physical security measures. External access points are safeguarded by biometic authentication. Internal production areas are segregated and secured by additional access control.
